Shipping with BeoPlay is very straight forward and easy. This section will resolve
any queries you have regarding shipping.
What are delivery charges?
BeoPlay currently provides free delivery for most of its products all over India.
Delivery of some products is however, limited to certain locations. For more information
on delivery locations of products, you can call our customer support.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We endeavor to deliver an order placed with us within least possible time, however
sometimes due to geographical limitations of certain address we might not be able
the committed time. The estimated time for the delivery of an order placed on BeoPlay
is generally 5-7 working days from the day of placing the order. On placing your
order, you will receive a call from our executives within 24 to 48 hours, confirm
the details of the delivery. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending
on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. Please call our

your shipments.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items?
When you shop at BeoPlay, you can rest assured that there will be no hidden costs
or extra taxes. The prices listed on the website are inclusive of all taxes and
is the final price.
How will the delivery be done?
We at BeoPlay process all our deliveries through reputed couriers like DHL, Bluedart,
UPS. In the event that there’s no courier service available in your area, we will
get in touch with you and work out a convenient alternate delivery location that
is serviced by our courier partners. Also, all our products are insured against
damage and theft during transit.
Does BeoPlay deliver internationally?
As of now, BeoPlay doesn't deliver items internationally. You will be able to make
your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with international credit/debit
cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined
as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays
What should I do if I do not get my order by the expected delivery date?
Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order gets delayed.
In most cases, we will proactively inform you about the delay along with the new
expected delivery date via email. In case we don't, please feel free to get in touch
